CentralHub Industrial Centers, Inc. is the industrial subsidiary of DoubleDragon Corporation (DD) engaged in the real estate development of modern logistics warehouses suited for commissaries, cold storage and logistics distribution centers. Hotel of Asia, Inc. is the hotel subsidiary of DD engaged in real estate developments mainly in the development and operations of hotels and resorts. CityMall Commercial Centers Inc. is the provincial retail subsidiary of DD, engaged in real estate developments mainly in the development of commercial community centers. Jollibee Tower is a Grade A 41-storey commercial and office building situated in the heart of the Ortigas central business district in Metro Manila. DD HappyHomes Residential Centers Inc. is a subsidiary of DD engaged in various horizontal real estate developments. Robinsons DoubleDragon Corp. is a joint venture with Robinsons Land Corp engaged in the development of Robinsons DoubleDragon Square office building project located in Bridgetowne Libis Quezon City. DDMP Serviced Residences, Inc. is a subsidiary of DD, engaged in the business of real estate development specifically the Ascott project in DD Meridian Park complex.
