The Board of directors of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation approved to set Saigon Riverview Joint Stock Company as subsidiary
and Charter capital of subsidiary is VND 350,000,000,000.

The company approved to appoint Mr. Tran Thien Tam who is Chairman of BODs cum the representative of DXG's 99.9% stake in Saigon Riverview Joint Stock Company. The company also approved appointment of Mr. Ha Huu Khuong as CEO cum Legal Representative of DXG in Saigon Riverview Joint Stock Company.
