Daito Trust Construction Co. Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended December 31, 2017. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 1,159,298 million compared to JPY 1,105,479 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 111,611 million compared to JPY 106,166 million a year ago. Net income was JPY 78,561 million compared to JPY 74,062 million a year ago. Cash flow used in operating activities was JPY 14,448 million compared to cash flow provided by operating activities of JPY 11,424 million a year ago.
The company provided earnings guidance for the full year ending March 31, 2018. For the year, the company expects net sales to be of JPY 1,585,000 million, operating Income of JPY 124,000 million and net Income of JPY 86,000 million.
