Daiichikosho Co., Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the six months ending September 30, 2023 and year ending March 31, 2024. For the six months, the company expects net sales of JPY 68,900 million, operating income of JPY 6,900 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 4,900 million and basic earnings per share of JPY 44.88.
For the year, the company expects net sales of JPY 141,000 million, operating income of JPY 15,000 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 10,700 million and basic earnings per share of JPY 98.00.
DAIICHIKOSHO CO., LTD. is mainly involved in the entertainment business. The Company operates in three business segments. The Commercial Karaoke segment is engaged in the sale and leasing of karaoke machines for commercial use, the provision of audio and video contents for communication karaoke. The others business is engaged in the background music broadcasting business, the provision of content services via cellular phone, and the real estate leasing business, among others.
