Da-Li Development Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 1,488.381 million compared to TWD 3,496.992 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 272.608 million compared to TWD 621.951 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 227.576 million compared to TWD 562.232 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.88 compared to TWD 2.19 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.8 compared to TWD 2.02 a year ago.

The Companyâs principal businesses include the development and trading of residential buildings, such as houses, suites, villas, private clubs and parking spaces.
