The Board of the Company¡¦s Subsidiary, SCAD (Shan-Chih Asset Development) Co., has adopted a resolution by signing a cooperation contract with DA CIN Construction Co., Ltd. for land property, Jiankang Sec, Zhonghe Dist., New Taipei City, development. Both parties agree to terminate the¡§construction cooperation contract of land property, Land serial no.478, Jiankang Sec, Zhonghe Dist., New Taipei City, and 13 other lands development. This agreement will become effective upon the approval by the board of the parent company.
DA-CIN CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the architecture business and civil engineering business. The Companyâs architecture business is engaged in the construction of factory buildings, commercial office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, hospitals, schools and residential buildings. The Companyâs civil engineering business is involved in the construction of roads, bridges, rapid transit projects, tunnels and others. The Company is also engaged in the plant engineering and other special projects.
