Beijing Zhongjian Qiming Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. entered into an agreement to acquire 27% stake in Scimee Sci.&Tech. Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300425) from Chengdu Demo-Scimee Investment Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 970 million on October 16, 2018. Under the terms of the transaction, Beijing Zhongjian Qiming Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. will acquire 182.8 million shares at CNY 5.32 per share. As of December 10, 2018, State Asset regulator has approved the transaction.
Beijing Zhongjian Qiming Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of 27% stake in Scimee Sci.&Tech. Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300425) from Chengdu Demo-Scimee Investment Co., Ltd. on January 4, 2019. Post completion, Beijing Zhongjian Qiming Enterprise Management holds 27% stake and Chengdu Demo-Scimee Investment holds 13.64% stake in Scimee Sci.&Tech.
