As it meets the criteria for the listing of private placement as marketable securities after a 3-year maturity, the Company intends to apply with the Taiwan Stock Exchange for the listing of the stocks. After obtaining an approval from the Taiwan Stock Exchange, the Company will apply to the Financial Supervisory Commission for the supplementary procedures of the listing.
