CRESCO LTD. (the "Company") hereby announces that the Company has been selected for listing on the Prime Market of the new market segments of Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (the "Tokyo Stock Exchange") as announced by the Tokyo Stock Exchange on January 11, 2022.
