Notice under Section 708A(5)(e)(i) Corporations Act

Gold Anomaly Limited ("the Company") recently announced details of a private placement to sophisticated and professional investors to raise approximately $2.1 million, principally to assist with the Company's Crater Mountain Project current drilling programme and to commence the Crater Mountain Project Scoping Study. Under the placement the Company today issued 104,734,983 fully paid ordinary shares and 104,734,983 options exercisable at $0.03 (3 cents) each & expiring 30 June
2012.
Accordingly the Company gives notice under section 708A(5)(e)(i) Corporations Act 2001 (Cwth) that:
1. the abovementioned securities were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2

Corporations Act;

2. as at the date of this notice the Company has complied with:
(i) the provisions of Chapter 2M Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and
(ii) section 674 Corporations Act; and
3. as at the date of this notice there is no information to be disclosed which is "excluded information" as defined in subsection 708A(7) Corporations Act that is reasonable for investors and their professional advisers to find in a disclosure document.
