Crater Gold Mining Limited - NON-RENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT ISSUE - EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE

Crater Gold Mining Limited (ASX: CGN) (the Company) refers to the pro-rata nonrenounceable entitlement issue (Entitlement Offer) and the updated timetable announced to the market on 22 March 2023.

The Company has decided to extend the Entitlement Offer closure date by 28 days to Monday, 15 May 2023.

The Board has resolved to extend the Closing Date to provide eligible shareholders with additional time to consider the offer and complete their application to participate

The Company also wishes to advise shareholders of an update to the indicative timetable for the proposed consolidation of the Company's shares included in the Notice of Meeting announced on 10 March 2023. Please note that the indicative timetable set out in Section 2.7 of the Notice of Meeting has been updated as set out below:

Company Profile

Crater Gold Mining Limited is an Australia-based gold company focused on producing gold and developing gold and base metal projects in Papua New Guinea (PNG) and Australia. The Company's projects include Crater Mountain and Croydon project. The Crater Mountain project is a gold exploration and production project located in the Papua New Guinea Highlands approximately 50 kilometers southwest of Goroka. It comprises three contiguous exploration licenses, straddling the border between the Chimbu and Eastern Highland Provinces. The Croydon project consists of two sub-projects in far North West Queensland, the Croydon Polymetallic Project and the Croydon Gold Project. Gold mineralization at Croydon occurs in planar quartz veins, stockworks and breccias. The Company owns EPM18616 and EPM9438 tenements in the Croydon Gold Field.
