Mr. Villaseñor was most recently Business Development Director for Goldcorp Mexico, where he held several positions since 1981. He obtained a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from the University of Guanajuato in 1972, a Master of Science from Columbia University of New York City in 1976, and a Finance Degree from the Instituto Tecnologico de Mexico in 1985. Mr. Villaseñor has been a member of the Mexican Mining Chamber Board. Currently he is also a Director of Starcore International Mines Ltd., a TSX-listed company that owns the San Martin Mine in Queretaro, Mexico.
