Noor, Inc. agreed to acquire the assets of Corporate Resource Development, Inc. from Corporate Resource Services, Inc. (NasdaqCM:CRRS) for $9.8 million in cash on February 26, 2015. As per the terms of the deal, Noor will pay $7.3 at closing and remaining over a period of 41 months. Corporate Resource Development, Inc. will transition to Noor Staffing Group brand, and its executives will remain with the firm.
