Director's Dealing Update on Basay Permit

The Company was informed today that on 3-4 December 2012 Guy Elliott, Non-executive Director, purchased a total of 1.5 million ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 3 pence per share. This purchase takes Mr Elliott's total holding to 3.5 million ordinary shares, representing 1.52% of the total issued share capital.
Further to the announcement on 9 October 2012 regarding the Basay exploration permit, the Company has to date neither received an extension nor notification of the existing permit lapsing, and will make a further statement as and when there is anything material to report.
