Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 10, 2022, Convey Health Solutions Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release reporting the Company's financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

As previously announced, the Company will host a conference call on May 10, 2022, at 4:30 PM ET to discuss its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2022.
