CONCENTRIC AB Concentric's Annual General Meeting 2020 will be held in Stockholm on 23 April 2020.
A shareholder who wishes to have a matter addressed at the Annual General Meeting shall submit a written request to the board of directors on 5 March 2020 at the latest, or after this date but in due time for the matter to be included in the notice to attend the Annual General Meeting.
The request shall be addressed to the board of directors and sent to Marcus Whitehouse at the address: marcus.whitehouse@concentricab.com.
Concentrics årsstämma 2020 kommer att äga rum i Stockholm den 23 april 2020.
Aktieägare har rätt att få ett ärende behandlat på årsstämman, om en skriftlig begäran har kommit in till styrelsen senast den 5 mars 2020 eller efter detta datum men i sådan tid att ärendet kan tas upp i kallelsen till årsstämma.
Begäran ska ställas till styrelsen och skickas till Marcus Whitehouse på adress: marcus.whitehouse@concentricab.com.
