Computershare Limited announced an interim dividend of 14 cents per share, 20% franked, payable on March 18, 2014. Record date is February 24, 2014.

The Company announced that the CEO and President, Mr. Stuart Crosby, has advised his intention to step down with effect from 30 June 2014. He will be succeeded by current Chief Information Officer and long term employee, Mr. Stuart Irving.
