Milan, December 14 2015 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 7 and 11 it bought back 855,500 own shares at an average price of € 1.0221, for a total amount of € 874,422.35. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 106,797,938 own shares, equal to 13.4457% of its share capital.
