MFF Magazine Shareholders' Meeting approves the 2015 financial statements and the distribution of a dividend of 0.0022 euro per share

Milan, 29 April 2016 - The Shareholders' Meeting of Compagnia Immobiliare Azionaria S.p.A. (Cia), meeting today in ordinary session, approved the directors' report on operations during 2015 and the financial statements at 31 December 2015. The consolidated financial statements report a comprehensive loss of 216 thousand euro, while the separate financial statements of the Parent Company report an after-tax profit of 2.87 million euro.

The Meeting declared a dividend of 0.0022 euro per share, amounting to 203,049.57 euro in total (and representing a yield of 1.16% on the share price at 28 April 2016), and allocated the remaining 2,673,104.43 euro to the extraordinary reserve.

The dividend (coupon no. 2 - 0.0022 euro per share, gross of the withholding taxes required by law - record date 24 May 2016) will be payable from 25 May 2016. The market will trade the shares ex dividend from 23 May 2016.

The Shareholders' Meeting also approved the Compensation Report prepared pursuant to art. 123-ter of Decree no. 58/1998.

The separate financial statements at 31/12/2015 approved at the Shareholders' Meeting, the consolidated financial statements at 31/12/2015, and the additional documentation referenced by art. 77 of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999 are available at the company's registered offices, at the offices of the company that manages the market, and on the website www.c-i-a.it; the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting will be available on the website of Compagnia Immobiliare Azionaria within 20 days of the date of the Meeting.
