Our subsidiary Sudamericana Agencias Aéreas y Marítimas S.A.
(SAAM) has entered into conversations with the Dutch Company
Boskalis, aiming to explore prospective synergies on the
operation of its subsidiary SMIT with SAAM in the business of
towage within the American Continent. Although at this stage
there is no commitment for the said Companies to enter into a
deal to combine their operations, and whatever is agreed will
be subject to the ratification of the respective Boards of
Directors, there is a setup of a basic framework and a
schedule for those negotiations to take place.
This information is disclosed to the public as it is in the
interest of the business of our
Company and its subsidiary SAAM.
