• These certifications further enhance Logista's position as a market leader and underline its commitment to transparency and integrity in all its activities.

Logista, Europe's leading logistics operator, marks a significant milestone in its commitment to integrity and business ethics by obtaining new certifications. Thus, Logista Holdings, along with its subsidiaries Logista, Logista Retail, Logista Pharma, Logista Freight, and Dronas (Nacex and Parcel), has been granted key certifications in Criminal and Anti-bribery Compliance (both accredited by the National Accreditation Entity - ENAC) and Whistleblower Channel Management, issued by Bureau Veritas, an independent body, the world leader in certification, inspection and testing. These certifications are a testament to Logista's strong commitment to regulatory compliance and corporate responsibility.

The certifications cover three fundamental aspects:

1. Criminal Compliance Management System according to UNE 19601:2017: This certification strengthens the ability of Logista and its subsidiaries to prevent and manage legal and criminal risks in their operations. It sets out internal control mechanisms that act as a safeguard in the event that a crime is committed within the organisation.

2. Anti-Bribery Management System according to ISO 37001:2017: This certification highlights Logista's commitment to preventing bribery and corruption. It demonstrates the implementation of policies and procedures to identify and mitigate bribery risks in all business areas.

3. Whistleblower Channel Management System according to Bureau Veritas standard ISO 37002:2021: This certification demonstrates Logista's commitment to promoting an environment in which employees feel safe to report potential wrongdoing. It sets out effective procedures for receiving and managing internal complaints. Being granted this certification improves the effectiveness of the Anti-Bribery and Criminal Compliance Management System.

Bureau Veritas Iberia, S.L. performed exhaustive audits of the Criminal Compliance, Anti-bribery and Whistleblower Management Systems of Logista and its subsidiaries, highlighting as a strong point thereof the "high involvement and strong commitment of the company's current governing, compliance and senior management bodies regarding the Criminal Compliance and Anti-bribery Management System". These audits confirmed that these systems meet the strict requirements of the relevant standards, which represents a significant business achievement.

In the words of Arturo Rainer, Logista's Compliance Officer: "These certifications reflect our continued commitment to operating according to the highest ethical standards and complying with all applicable regulations. We are committed to consolidating a culture of integrity in all our businesses, and these certifications demonstrate our diligence in preventing and detecting crime within the organisation. We are proud to be recognised by Bureau Veritas for our work in criminal risk management and continuous training of our employees in this field."

"With these certifications, Logista demonstrates its commitment to putting in place good internal management and governance practices and zero tolerance for crime, making it a benchmark in its sector," said Pedro González, Head of Corporate Governance Certification at Bureau Veritas, during the certificate presentation ceremony.

These certifications further enhance Logista's position as a market leader and underline its commitment to transparency and integrity in all its activities. With its unwavering focus on regulatory compliance and corporate responsibility, Logista continues to demonstrate its leadership in its industry.
