At the Board of Directors' meeting of Compañía Cervecerías Unidas S.A. held on May 9, 2018, and due to the resignation as director of CCU presented by Messrs. Marc Busain and Didier Debrosse, both effective as of May 1, 2018, the Board of Directors appointed Messrs. Hemmo Parson and Rory Cullinan in these vacancies, until the next Ordinary Shareholders' meeting, pursuant to article 32 of Law No. 18,046. In addition, in said meeting, the Board designated Mr. Carlos Molina as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, in lieu of Mr. Marc Busain.
