Change in the composition of the Board of Directors

Korys NV has communicated that, in the execution of its mandate as director on the Board of Directors of Colruyt Group and in keeping with the new Legislation on Companies and Associations, it will replace its permanent representative Jef Colruyt with Dries Colpaert as of 1 January 2020.

Mister Dries Colpaert has been employed at Colruyt Group for 33 years, 25 of which as manager and has been Managing Partner in Korys NV, the Colruyt family's investment company, since September 2016.

Jef Colruyt remains director on the Board of Directors of Colruyt Group as a natural person and takes over the Chairmanship of the board from Korys NV.
