In line with the opinion of the Audit Committee and in compliance with Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Independent Audit, Coca-Cola İçecek's (CCI) Board of Directors, at its meeting on March 1, 2017, resolved to appoint PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş (a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers) to audit our Company's 2017 financial statements. It was also decided to submit the appointment resolution for the approval of the General Assembly.
Company ProfileCompany Profile CCI is the fifth-largest bottler in the Coca-Cola System in terms of sales volume. CCI produces, distributes and sells sparkling and still beverages of The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) across Turkey, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Jordan, Iraq, Syria and Tajikistan.
