The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. (the "Company") hereby releases the schedule of publication of its financial reports in the financial year 2022 commencing 1st July 2021 and ending 30th June 2022:

For the consolidated annual report for the financial year 2021 ("FY2021"), the date of publication shall be:

29th October 2021

For semi-annual consolidated report for the 1st half of the financial year 2022 ("1H FY2022") the date of publication shall be: 28th February 2022

For quarterly consolidated reports, dates of publication shall be the following:

1st quarter of the financial year 2022 ("1Q FY2022"): 29th November 2021

3rd quarter of the financial year 2022 ("3Q FY2022"): 30th May 2022
