CNC Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Kwok Man Wai as Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and Risk Management Committee

CNC Holdings Limited board of directors announced that on 18 November 2017, the Board has received the resignation letter of Mr. Kwok Man Wai, SBS, IDS, JP, pursuant to which Mr. Kwok has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive Director and a member of each of the audit committee, the remuneration committee, the nomination committee and the risk management committee of the company, all with effect from 18 February 2018 because he desires to devote more time to his family affairs.
