On January 7, 2021, Clover Health Investments, Corp. closed the transaction. The transaction included participation from Chamath Palihapitiya through ChaChaCha SPAC C LLC for $100,000,000, Ian Osborne through Hedosophia Public Investments Limited for $50,000,000, Jacqueline D. Reses for $2,000,000, and Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC for $25,000,000.
Clover Health Investments, Corp. is a physician enablement company. The Company is focused on seniors who have historically lacked access to affordable healthcare. It offers a software platform, Clover Assistant, which is designed to aggregate patient data from across the health ecosystem to support clinical decision-making and improve health outcomes.
