Clipper Logistics plc announced the appointment of Dino Rocos as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 January 2020. Dino will be a member of the Nomination, Remuneration and Audit Committees from this date. Dino is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and a highly experienced supply chain leader, bringing with him over forty years' retail industry experience at the UK's leading omni-channel retailer, John Lewis Partnership, where he served for many years as a senior Management Board member with responsibility for the development of supply chain strategies working within the industry to develop propositions, capabilities and fulfilment solutions. The company also announces that Mike Russell, current Independent Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee Chairman, will retire from Clipper on 28 February 2020, having served for nine years on the Board of Clipper and its former parent company prior to IPO. With effect from 1 January 2020, Stephen Robertson, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, will become Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
