APPROVAL ON THE QUALIFICATION FOR SERVING

AS SECURITIES AFFAIRS REPRESENTATIVE

BY THE REGULATORY AUTHORITY

The board of directors (the "Board") of CITIC Securities Company Limited (the "Company") resolved at a meeting held on 11 February 2020 to appoint Mr. YANG Baolin as the Securities Affairs Representative of the Company.

The Board hereby announces that Mr. YANG Baolin has obtained the qualification certificate for serving as the secretary to the board of directors by the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 14 August 2020, and formally served as the Securities Affairs Representative of the Company on the same date with a term of office ending on the expiration date of the Seventh Session of the Board.
