Cisco Systems, Inc. (NasdaqGS:CSCO) agreed to acquire 1 Mainstream, Inc. from DCM A-Fund of DCM, Luminari Capital, Sky plc (LSE:SKY) and Menlo Ventures on October 28, 2015. 1 Mainstream will join Cisco's Service Provider Video Software and Solutions Cloud Engineering Group. Rajeev Ramen, Chief Executive Officer of 1 Mainstream, will lead the combined team. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2016. Lynda Twomey, Victoria Lupu, Gerald Audant, Glenn Borromeo, Kristin O'Hanlon, Stephen Gillespie, Christopher Joslyn, Jonathan Millard, Michael Soloman, and Ora Grinberg at Fenwick & West LLP acted as legal advisor for Cisco.
