NOTICE TO THE MARKET 4Q15 SALES PERFORMANCE

CIA. HERING (BM&FBOVESPA: HGTX3), hereby informs its shareholders, investors and the market its stores network by year-end and 4Q15 sales performance.

STORE NETWORK

Company launched 38 stores in 2015, of which 22 Hering Store, 10 Hering Kids, 3 PUC, 2 DZARM. and 1 Hering for you and closed 25. By the end of december'15, company had a total of 840 stores as shown below:

4Q15 SALES PERFORMANCE (Unaudited figures)

Total revenue reached R$ 607.9 million in 4Q15, 0.7% drop compared to 4Q14 mainly due to Multibrand channel performance, which presented sales decline and higher proportion of past season's products.

Hering Store total sales declined 3.3% in the forth quarter. Same-store sales decreased 5.1%.

4Q15 AND 2015 EARNINGS RELEASE

4Q15 and 2014 earnings release is scheduled for February 25th, 2016 after the trading session. The conference call will be held on February 26th, 2016 at 11 am (BrT).
