The content of the report:
The Management Board of the Company CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company") hereby informs that today it received information that on December 22, 2016, the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. ("GPW") adopted a resolution no. 1364/2016 on the admission and introduction to trading on the Main Market of GPW of ordinary bearer series G shares issued by the Company ("Resolution").
In accordance with the Resolution, series G shares issued by the Company amounting to 1,100,000 (one million one hundred thousand) of nominal value PLN 0.10 each are admitted to exchange trading and shall be introduced to exchange trading on December 28, 2016, subject to their registration and labeling them with the code PLCTINT00018 by Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (Central Securities Depository of Poland). The information on the registration of abovementioned series G shares in the Central Securities Depository of Poland can be found in the current report of the Management Board of the Company no. 25/2016 dated December 20, 2016.
The said Resolution of the Management Board of GPW entered into force on the day of its adoption.
At the same time, the Management of the Company informs, that in accordance with the resolution no. 1363/2016 of the Management Board of GPW the day December 27, 2016 is the last day when the 1,100,00 (one million one hundred thousand) rights to series G shares of the Company are listed on the Main Market of the GPW.
Legal basis: Article 34(1)(2) of the ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws no. 33, item 259, as amended).
