CI Galaxy Bitcoin Fund (Fund) is a Canada-based closed-end investment fund. The Fund's investment objective is to provide holders of units of the Fund with exposure to bitcoin through a fund platform. The Fund invests directly in bitcoin and utilizes service providers in the digital assets sector in order to manage the assets of the Fund. It utilizes service providers in the digital assets sector, including digital asset custodians, trading platforms and trading counterparties. The Fund's portfolio is priced based on, and the Fund's net asset value is calculated using, the Bloomberg Galaxy Bitcoin Index (BTC). CI Investments Inc. is the investment manager of the Fund.
