Chuo Spring Co.,Ltd. (TSE:5992) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 10,000 shares, representing 0.16% of its share capital, for ¥45 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to improve capital efficiency and implementing it flexibly, by comprehensively considering cash on hand and stock price level. The program will run until March 31, 2021. As of September 30, 2020, the company had 6,240,846 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 144,753 shares in treasury.
