Chukyoiyakuhin Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:4558) announced that it has entered into purchase agreement to issue 12,000 stock acquisition right at issue price of ¥385 per stock acquisition right for gross proceeds of ¥4,620,000 on August 7, 2020. The transaction will include participation from Daiwa Securities Co., Ltd., Investment Arm. The stock acquisition right can be exercised to purchase 1,200,000 shares of the company at an exercise price of ¥428. The company will raise funds through third party allotment. The exercise period shall start from August 25, 2020 to August 25, 2022. The transaction is expected to close on August 24, 2020. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
