The board of directors of China Chuanglian Education Financial Group Limited announced that Mr. Zhang Jie (“Mr. Zhang”), have been appointed as an executive Director with effect from 25 June 2021. The Board of Directors of the Company announces that Mr. Song Bo (“Mr. Song”), has been appointed as an executive Director and the Chief Operating Officer with effect from 25 June 2021. From 2013 to 2015, he served as a trader for OSTC, a British financial derivatives trading company, and engaged in global financial derivatives hedging and arbitrage trading, and won the 2014 Trader of the Year award. From 2015 to present, Mr. Song has served as the general manager of Beijing Huilong Capital Management Co. Ltd. responsible for the establishment of a quantitative hedging strategy system for the fund. In 2016, Mr. Song was responsible for the preparation of the China branch of the UK-based OSTC and served as the general manager. The Board announced that Mr. Han Yinbo (“Mr. Han”) has been appointed as a Chief Technology Officer with effect from 25 June 2021. Mr. Han, aged 38, has more than 10 years of management and operation experience in the Internet and investment industry. From 2017 to present, he has served as a partner of Roaming Capital. From 2012 to 2017, Mr. Han participated in the establishment of Shanghai Internet Scenes Technologies Co. Ltd. as a co-founder and successively served as vice president of operations and chief operating officer. From 2010 to 2012, he served as the marketing director of Shanghai Huancai Network Technology Co. Ltd. From 2009 to 2010, Mr. Han worked as a public relations manager at Shanghai Shangqing Internet Technology Co. Ltd. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Han worked as a marketing manager at Shanghai Boshi Culture Communication Co. Ltd.
