On April 11, 2022, Caroline Levy notified ChromaDex Corporation (the Company) of her intention to resign from the Board and as a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board. The effective date of Ms. Levy's resignation is April 11, 2022. Ms. Levy's decision to resign is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
