China XLX Named "Pilot Innovative Enterprise of Henan Province"

(21 April 2015, Hong Kong) China XLX Fertiliser Ltd. ("China XLX Fertiliser" or the "Company") (HKSE: 01866.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary
Henan XLX has been named the「Pilot Innovative Enterprise of Henan Province」
by the provincial government of Henan, China. The recognition will facilitate the Company to apply for technological innovation projects.
The award is jointly issued by various government institutions of Henan Province, including Science and Technology Department of Henan Provincial Government, Henan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, Henan Provincial All-China Federation of Labor, Henan Provincial State Tax Administration, Henan Provincial Local Tax Administration and Henan Bureau of Intellectual Property Rights. The criteria employed in the evaluation include the percentage of R&D in the revenue, the core technology with independent intellectual property rights, the sustainability of technological innovation, the profitability and the management efficiency of the enterprise.
