China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited Appoints Song Dawei as Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee

China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited announced that Mr. Song Dawei has been appointed as an Independent Non- Executive Director and a Member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company with effect from 23 August 2019. Mr. Song, aged 64, was a Supervisor and the chairman of the Supervisory Committee of China COSCO Holdings Company Limited.
