China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited Appoints Chen Johnny as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of the Audit Committee, Member of the Remuneration Committee and Member of the Nomination Committee

China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited announce that Mr. Chen Johnny has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, a member of the Audit Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee of the Company with effect from 18 January 2019. Mr. Chen, aged 59, is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Stella International Holdings Limited, Viva China Holdings Limited, Uni-President China Holdings Ltd, Alibaba Pictures Group Limited, and China Dongxiang (Group) Co. Ltd. . Chen is currently an Adjunct Associate Professor of the Department of Finance and the Department of Management at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
