OPERATING DATA OF 2017 FOURTH QUARTER

This announcement is made pursuant to the inside information provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Suntien Green Energy Corporation Limited (the "Company") announces that, according to the Company's preliminary statistics, total power generation of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Group") on a consolidated basis for the 2017 fourth quarter amounted to 2,219,621.10MWh, representing an increase of 21.06% over the corresponding period of 2016. In particular, the gross wind power generation was 2,197,673.96MWh, representing an increase of 20.93% over the corresponding period of 2016; the solar power generation was 21,947.14MWh, representing an increase of 35.22% over the corresponding period of 2016. The sales volume of gas of the Group on a consolidated basis for the 2017 fourth quarter amounted to 705,504,500 cubic meters, representing an increase of 72.30% over the corresponding period of 2016. In particular, the wholesale segment amounted to 448,487,300 cubic meters, representing an increase of 54.81% over the corresponding period of 2016; the retail segment amounted to 225,637,100 cubic meters, representing an increase of 121.99% over the corresponding period of 2016; the CNG/ LNG segment amounted to 31,380,000 cubic meters, representing an increase of 73.22% over the corresponding period of 2016.
