Tianjin FAW Xiali Automobile Co., Ltd Approves the Election of Sun Jingmei as Director and Dong Jixia as Supervisor

Tianjin FAW Xiali Automobile Co., Ltd. approved the election of Sun Jingmei as director candidate with the tenure as the same as the board of directors and approved the election of Dong Jixia as supervisor candidate with the tenure as the same as the supervisory committee at its EGM held on December 21, 2015.
