(Stock Code: 390)On 15 January 2016, China Railway Group Limited (the "Company") received a letter of undertaking from China Railway Engineering Corporation (the "CRECG"), the controlling shareholder of the Company, promising not to reduce its shareholding in the Company. As stated in the letter of undertaking, based on its confidence in the prospect of the Company's future development and recognition of the Company's value and in order to facilitate the continuous, stable and healthy development of the Company and to protect the interests of the shareholders of the Company, CRECG has undertaken not to reduce its shareholding in the Company for a six months period commencing from 10 July 2015, the undertaking has now expired. CRECG continues to undertake that it will not reduce its shareholding in the Company in the secondary market during the six months period commencing from 15 January.
