China Oilfield Services and PEMEX signed an over 1,700-day 2,000-horse power COSL4 operation contract, and one-day fees are a little bit higher than fees of the previous contract. The two have cooperated for six years. The company operates four module drilling rigs and three high-end self-elevating drilling platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.
A 3,000-horse power drilling rig will be completed and put into the market 2014.
