China Nonferrous Gold Limited provided the following operational update. On 1st July 2018, the Pakrut gold mine officially produced and yielded out gold ingots. As previously announced, the Pakrut gold mine suffered from a severe snowstorm in early 2017, that caused substantial damage to the site’s plant and equipment, resulting in a halt to operations. Emergency rescue and disaster relief was immediately carried out to fully implement the restoration of production within the shortest time and lowest cost possible. In April 2018, the production of the processing plant was restored, and on 1st July 2018, the smelting plant yielded out gold ingots, therefore the Pakrut gold mine has now resumed its normal production. While in production and operation, the Company will continue to carry out infrastructural work to seek to ensure that all projects will be completed by the fourth quarter of 2018 and achieve a production scale of 2,000 tons per day.
