APPOINTMENT OF BOARD COMMITTEE MEMBERS

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Isotope & Radiation Corporation (the "Company") announces that the Board has resolved to appoint:

• 1. Ms. Chen Jingshan, Mr. Hui Wan Fai and Mr. Lu Chuang as members of the Nomination Committee under the Board, and Ms. Chen Jingshan as the chairman;

• 2. Mr. Lu Chuang, Ms. Liu Xiuhong and Ms. Chen Jingshan as members of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee under the Board, and Mr. Lu Chuang as the chairman;

• 3. Mr. Hui Wan Fai, Mr. Liu Zhonglin and Mr. Lu Chuang as members of the Audit and Risk Management Committee under the Board, and Mr. Hui Wan Fai as the chairman;

• 4. Mr. Meng Yanbin, Mr. Wang Suohui, Mr. Liu Zhonglin, Mr. Chen Shoulei and Mr. Tian Jiahe as members of the Strategy Committee under the Board, and Mr. Meng Yanbin as the chairman; and

• 5. Mr. Meng Yanbin, Mr. Liu Zhonglin, Ms. Liu Xiuhong, Mr. Hui Wan Fai and Ms. Chen Jingshan as members of the Legal Affairs Committee under the Board, and Mr. Meng Yanbin as the chairman.

The terms of office of the above Board committee members and chairman start on the date hereof and end upon the expiry of the term of the third session of the Board, renewable upon re-election.
