EXTENSION OF LONG STOP DATE

RELATING TO

ACQUISITION OF 75% EQUITY INTEREST IN

BLOOM KING CORPORATION LIMITED

Reference is made to the announcement of China Health Group Limited (the "Company") dated 17 March 2021 (the "Announcement") in relation to the proposed acquisition of 75% equity interest in Bloom King Corporation Limited. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

Pursuant to the Agreement, the long stop date for the fulfillment of the conditions precedent to Completion (the "Long Stop Date") was the date falling 60 days after the date of the Agreement (i.e. 16 May 2021). As additional time is required for the fulfillment of the conditions precedent, on 14 May 2021, the parties to the Agreement entered into a supplemental agreement to the Agreement to extend the Long Stop Date to 30 June 2021.

Save for the extension of the Long Stop Date, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged.
