RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Glass Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Tang Liwei ("Mr. Tang") has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 2 January 2018.

The Company received a resignation letter from Mr. Tang that Mr. Tang would resign from his position as a non-executive director of the Company on his own accord due to work adjustments, which require him to devote more time to his other work commitment. Mr. Tang has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and he is not aware of other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company in connection with his resignation.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Tang for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service.
