Ltd., Hengshui Jiamei Plate-printing & Can-making Co. Ltd., Sichuan Huaguan Food Co. Ltd., G&Y(H.K) Limited, Chuzhou Jiamei Plate-printing & Can-making Co., Ltd and Linying Jiamei Plate-printing & Can-making Co., Ltd, among others. Through its subsidiaries, the Company mainly engages in the manufacturing of three-piece cans and related products, which include beverage cans, food cans and aerosol cans, as well as can bottoms and tin coated steels for can bottoms. The Company established two new wholly owned subsidiaries in China, engaged in the manufacturing of metal cans and containers, on April 11, 2011 and June 16, 2011, respectively.
