RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Ecotourism Group Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. WU Ying Ha ("Mr. Wu") has resigned as an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 15 January 2022 due to his personal health concern.

Mr. Wu has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no other matter in respect of his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Mr. Wu for his valuable contribution during his tenure of office in the Company.
